If a video or an audio file are playing with a jerky playback, it’s almost always an issue with the speed of your internet connections. We test every file thoroughly before posting, so if it’s not playing right, try this:
Press Play
Wait for 2-3 seconds, then press Pause
Wait for the slider bar to indicate that the file is completely downloaded
Then press Play again
This will fix the problem almost every time.

More Tips:
1. The first thing to check is that you have Adobe Flash installed (which you can get for free right here).
2. The other tip, if they play with pauses and jerks, means that your internet connection is too slow for the data feed. In this case press Pause, wait for the video or audio clip to finish downloading, then press Play again.
3. If the videos seem to play OK, but you can’t hear them, open your volume control and make sure that all of the volume sliders – Volume, Wave, SW Synth, CD Audio, PC Speaker, etc., are all the way up. This usually fixes the “volume is too low” issue.
If your volume control says “Sounds and Audio Device Properties” then click on the “Volume” tab, then “Advanced,” and you’ll get the screen I’m talking about.

I was lucky to work with Dr. Wigmore in Boston in 75/76 before she took off for India… (I was head of the kitchen for awhile and made food that brought standing ovations, I humbly add), and I saw incredible healings of people with dementia and tumors and cancer and I myself was healed and given a new body, even though I was 22 at the time. I was there for a year as an intern, where teaching was part of the program. What fun we had! Now I’m 55 and off and on and really want to be just on and have all the books, plans, have been to a zillion workshops, have two local raw restaurants and and am again embarking on the new me with a friend. We both overcame fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and know that raw is the way to go. I think staying in a support system is very important. I would like to start thinking of buying houses and renting out rooms to those who want to eat raw and get the support of others and maybe start a senior housing trend. I was hoping to see the before and after of this woman with Alzheimers. I think documentation is essential now. A movie and pictures are worth a thousand words. Let’s start making film of our changes. I have a new camera, (if I can just figure out how to use it!)
Thanks for all you do,Jim!

It was my sister’s involvement with Dr. Ann and Hippocrates Institute back in the 80′s that brought the movement to my attention in ’02.
I agree that video documentation is the best. Please feel free to email anything to me, or, if it’s too big to email, then let me know and we’ll work out a way.
