I&#039;m following your steps and have started on going 50% raw from 2/11/09. I particularly like this idea of NOT REWARDING YOURSELF WITH FOOD. This was a common mistake I made in the past. I would reward myself with the very foods, I was not supposed to eat. SO NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO RE-ORIENT MY THINKING. And never use food as a motivator, CAUSE WHAT YOU SAY FROM EXPERIENCE TELLS ME, THAT REAWARDING YOURSELF WITH FOOD KEEPS YOU IN &quot;THE WRONG FOOD ADDICTION CYCLE/CHAIN&quot;. I have to break out of this food chain and MOVE to a new paradign no matter what the withdrawal symtoms. But the challenge is real fun. so is the fact that there are like minded people in this world that want to work towards getting OUT OF THIS CHAIN OF MISERY AND DISEASE. I love the motivational stories. I will keep you posted on my progress, cause this IS OH SUCH FUN.
