Here is a reply to a question at the PCRM 21 Day Kickstart that explains about why the Energy Soup might taste a little green at first:Your heart should be kickstarting and maintaining with lots of chi-filled B-complex vitamins now from the kraut, and if you added the rinsed dulse, with all the complete panorama of minerals and trace minerals that make the heart beat with joy! This is the benefit of melding the anciant wisdom of the orient with the high tech of our western world! We get the best of both worlds.

You will learn more easy recipes at www.rawdoctors.com, and many of the other sites. Beware of people who try to sell you dead supplements, and superfoods that have no life in them. If you concentrate on the recipes at PCRM's sites, which are moving towards more simple and helthful oil-free combinations (instead of processed starch and sweet fruit combinations) and keep adding a smoothie each morning, your vegan life will sprout wings and soar with the eagles!

This Friday is the second of the 3 tests I have to take, the 29th is the third and last, and then I will be back. Wish me good focus. This stuff is a major challenge when you are nearly 75. I am listening to Louise Hay's positive subliminal music, and listening to and looking at Dr. Terry Lyles' Virtual Stress Doctor and Navigating Life's Storms A Roadmap to Your new life free from stress, fear and anxiety tapes, (CDs, and DVDs) that he gave me at a receent conference at the Regency Spa at Hallandale Beach, His workbooks and books have been given to the Homestead Airforce Base Family Education Division, and the discs will be there too this week to help everyone get rid of their anxiety. I met with Brig. Gen. Binger, the previous 482nd Fighter Wing commander before he left for Georgia about Dr. Lyles courses, and am just now getting it all together, due to my heavy schedule. I am an old pilot: worked my way up to a Lear 24B with the help of friends and a ground school in Salt Lake City, but have always wished to go in an F-16. Some day...

There is so much help for us to share with everyone in the world to destress the population, and PCRM (like Ghandi) is sharing the core of worldwide peace: no animal protein to make one feel the anxiety of the animals when they were kept in confinement and then slaughtered. "My peace I give you," Jesus said and we have His peace when we honor our fellow creatures, by not putting them in our bodies, we are able to feel that peace. The more you move into the highest vibration foods, the more you will intensify your peace and joy.

I had some wonderful home ripened pineapple juice, and am now enjoying some fresh organic purple grape juice.Yum.

Eat Your Energy Soup! It takes 21 days for the cravings for sugar cravings(signs of earlier protein deficiency when you were eating cooked meats - NO one can get any amino acids when one eats cooked meats) to leave amd then it tastes sweet! Hasta November 1..

Dr. Wigmore always used to 'sweeten the pot' so to speak when a new person came in to just 'investigate' the Living Food Program's food on the Sundays when she entertained or if someone just dropped in. She knew that most people would react negatively to the taste unless they were 'in the program', so she would add some figs to the almond cream. This used to be a secret among the staff members. Once the person was hooked, then they would sign up, start eating the soup seriously and get well and after the 2 week program
and the intense use of wheatgrass juice, which expedited the healing of the kidneys and the increase of available protein in the body, they loved the taste of the Energy Soup. Same with the smell of the sauerkraut! If you're not throwing up, it's not working! we used to tell them. The worms were expelled, the stomach and gut healed, and everyone was smiling and welcomed the chlorophyll.

Hmmm. Before I go back to the books, there is one more thought. Frozen foods do not have the life force in them and cannot be counted as raw. Just so we aren't trying to kid ourselves. Sun dried prunes, figs, raisins, etc. may add sugars, but they do not belong in the stomach with starches that are processed. By the way, if you do want to add some weight, and are not committed to the chi energy effect yet, then use frozen bananas. You do not need to peel them. They are in a nice sterile package as it is. Just wash them 3 times in hot water, pat them dry and freeze them in their skins. When you want to use them, just drop them in warm water for a few minutes and then slip the skins off. I am not recommending frozen bananas because they are dead, but if you are in a situation where you have a lot of them and no time to use them, and cannot dehydrate them (which kills the chi anyhow), then freezing them is a fast way to preserve a whole lot of them. Good frozen food is better than nothing when one is hungry in the middle of a harsh winter. We must remember that the love that we put into the food that we make for ourselves and our family members and loved ones is more important than actually what we make. Love is chi. The optimum food is chi-powered, but people cannot always have raw food, so when that happens, you just fill it with love. The humblest cooked vegetable soup with bread prepared and shared with love, will fill you up with love and sustain you better than anything prepared raw that has negative energy in it from the maker, not with love from the Maker!

(continued) raw oil that one can pour. Please read Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn's book, "Preventing and Reversing Heart Disease" and you will see why he doesn't allow even one drop of oil in his protocol to reverse (he uses the word 'cure') heart disease. Even the coconut water should be added after the blending is done, because blending oils makes it a saturated fat if it is not yet! Just do what we used to do in Puerto Rico, pop a coconut open and drink the water and eat the jelly! Everything else is too much fat. 2 ounces a day is all your liver can handle. 2 ounces or a fourth of a cup of avocado, diced on top of the green smoothie or Energy Soup is fine.

To continue what Jim wrote, in detail, it depends on the way the foods are added. The seeds need to be sprouted to the green leafy form, and there is continuing concerrn about spinach. Spinach is a member of the oxalic acid family, which causes gallstones, and another problem is it is a selfish veggie, and the large amounts of iron in it are not able to be used. Not only that, it neutralizes the iron in the surrounding veggies, so one could end up anemic. Dr. Ann did not use spinach. In some of her books, that word was added by other people, but it was not what she used. There is no such thing as raw cacao. It is all cooked starch, and will react with the banana and berries to cause gas, indigestion and alcoholic fermentation. Yes, it makes you high or drunk, with the subsequent blood sugar drop and toxins. Spirulina was tested by thousands of people with no benefit. Wheatgrass should not be added to smoothies, because the fibers, like pineapple pulp and bran, are indigestible and will irritate and cut your insides. The bananas will help you retain weight, because it is a health building food, not an eliminative food. Dr. Wigmore would remind everyone that it is not the old bitter leaves that have the maximum energy, but the 7 day old baby greens. Growing the chia or flax to the green leafy stage will maximize what you are getting. The reservations that people had about adding the supplements are supported by good science. All of those are devoid of life and have no chi (Source, spirit, electricity, love)left in them. KISS (keep it simple, sweetie). And, don't forget to chew every mouthful at least 30 times before you swallow it and bless the food for sharing such amazing, life giving energy. Eat it within half an hour; don't store it. The oxygen kills the life force after that. I remember Dr. Ann handing me bowls of Energy Soup and each time reminding me, "eat it now. Stop what you are doing and concentrate on eating this. Everything else can wait. Nothing is more important than eating this soul food!" I am taking tests this month to recertify myself as a teacher in Florida. Please be patient until I get the last two done and I will be available for questions on the 1st of November. Peace and love. drflora3rd@netzero.net

The concern about food combining greens and fruits seems to have been put to rest by most raw foodists. However, when Leisa began adding seeds (protein), and veggie carbohydrates (not leafy greens) she stepped over the line of gentle digestion. Combining so many food groups is sure to stimulate at least some digestive imbalance, especially for anyone who is on a path of healing digestive issues.

Great video - I was just wondering what Leisa said was the third grenn that she used -- after kale and spinach -- it sounded like "silver bait" but I could not tell for sure and found nothing when I googled it.

Thanks, hoping I get the answer. I really appreciate the good information.

I love the idea of adding superfoods to your smoothie but I wonder why Victoria Boutenko recomends not to do it, the last time I saw her she definitely stated that it is better not to???
