    Alicia looks great! I took the chef series back in 03 and she was so wonderful to learn from.

    Chef Dina is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. I highly suggest going to any class or workshop she puts on. Super knowledgeable in nutrition and for weight loss and she makes great food!!

    I’ve been attempting to drop some weight for years. It is at all times an up and down fight. I take 2 steps forward and 4 backwards. I never seem to make much progress. I will begin a weight-reduction plan, do well for awhile, then go back to my previous habits. I do it time and time again. Well, I am joyful to say that due to websites like yours I been in a position to lose forty seven kilos up to now! You articles maintain me motivated. Everyday I attempt to read on something new to keep my excitement and keep on going forward. Thank you!
