We all know that water is important but I’ve never see it written down like this before:

  • 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
  • In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.
  • Even MILD dehydration will slow down one’s metabolism as much as 3%.
  • One glass of water shuts down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a U-Washington study.
  • Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
  • Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
  • A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.
  • Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.

Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?

I’m well versed on the subject of water as well as a great ‘guinea pig’.
First let me say that there is MUCH more to the study topic of water than people realize.
I HIGHLY recommend that people read Dr. “Batman’s” books
“You’re Not Sick, You’re Thirsty” and “Your Bodys Many Cries for Water” to START with. You’ll be so amazed and enlightened. From there, read Bob McCauley’s books; Masaru Emoto and Hiromi Shinya’s “Enzyme Factor”.

I became greatly awakened when I learned about ionized, alkaline structured water and now own a machine (Kangen). It practically saved my life. My own testimony will say that I absolutely despised water my whole life and it was all I could do to get down 8 oz a day! Hardly sustaining..let alone beneficial.
Now, I can drink one GALLON of water a day, effortlessly. There is absolutely no bloat whatsoever, and it goes down smoothly – rehydrating where it needs it.
Then I started having my poor-health symptoms all over again. Bad check ups with the Opthalmalogist, higher blood pressure and terrible back trouble. Aha! I had been slipping on my water drinking! When I upped it back to the restorative one gallon a day, the back pain disappeared and the energy levels came back up.

I feel like a little flower, wilting and dying and then when you water me, I’m all abloom and colorful once again! LOL
