		<description>In considering fermented foods to aid in digestion (I love the cabbage)...What about commercial foods, such as RAW Kim Chee?  Pickled ginger?  Homemade, preserved (pickled) Moroccan lemons (from my tree)?  Are those also considered fermented foods?  I have a jar of pickled, organic unheated Italian veggies that I made with cauliflower, carrots, asparagus, red pepper.  Those are pickled, but I am not sure they are considered fermented foods.  Are they acceptable or not good on a raw-food program?  Your advice is much appreciated, Jim!
