1. The first thing to check is that you have Adobe Flash installed (which you can get for free right here).
2. The other tip, if they play with pauses and jerks, means that your internet connection is too slow for the data feed. In this case press Pause, wait for the video or audio clip to finish downloading, then press Play again.
3. If the videos seem to play OK, but you can’t hear them, open your volume control and make sure that all of the volume sliders – Volume, Wave, SW Synth, CD Audio, PC Speaker, etc., are all the way up. This usually fixes the “volume is too low” issue.
If your volume control says “Sounds and Audio Device Properties” then click on the “Volume” tab, then “Advanced,” and you’ll get the screen I’m talking about.

If a video or an audio file are playing with a jerky playback, it’s almost always an issue with the speed of your internet connections. We test every file thoroughly before posting, so if it’s not playing right, try this:
Press Play
Wait for 2-3 seconds, then press Pause
Wait for the slider bar to indicate that the file is completely downloaded
Then press Play again
This will fix the problem almost every time.
