The first thing to check is that you have Adobe Flash installed (which you can get for free right here).

The other tip, if they play with pauses and jerks, means that your internet connection is too slow for the data feed. In this case press Pause, wait for the video or audio clip to finish downloading, then press Play again.

These two tips solve almost all challenges our visitors encounter.
