I will say that videos like this for someone getting started in sprouting can be very confusing. She jumps around alot and there are so many sprouting options that it is hard to keep them all straight. This would be an excellent companion video to her Sprouting Book because between the two you would get all the pertinent information and the joy of hearing and seeing Ann in her element.
