Not too long ago, I did not give a lot of thought to giving comments on blog page articles and have placed feedback even much less. Reading through via your pleasant article, will support me to do so sometimes."

Eat right at the right time. Skipping meals makes us starve and crave for more. When we skip meals, tendency is we lose control on our eating habits and eventually miss the healthy diet.

I know, Molly. The video is over 25 years old. The DVD conversion we did is better, but ... it's all we have left from Dr. Ann.

Hard to hear and understand many of the words, even with volume up. If the camera was much closer to her, it would help to see what she is saying as well. I found it frustrating as it is a great topic!

Jim, Hi!
Thank you for this video/post...it would help, if some guided notes were available to reinforce this important topic of protein in a living raw food lifestyle.

Wishing you the best!

Love and Gratitude,
Cynthia Dell

Hi Jim
Dr. Flora mentioned videos available on UTube. Please note that this is a commercial site that gets email addresses under false pretenses for advertising purposes! The website she referred to is www.youtube.com. I hope others don't make the mistake I did in going to this site. Fortunately I didn't use my own name so can recognize the multitude of email ads I have received since giving them my contact.

Hi Jim
Thanks for Ann's videos. They are very inspirational. Also enjoyed yours from your Georgia home. BTW you don't need to grind the flax before adding it to smoothies - we actually prefer the way it emulsifies with the greens for a creamy drink.
Please send more videos etc but once a week would be enough as I get overwhelmed with my inbox.
I was pleased to see that Ann relies on nuts and seeds because I was afraid I was using too much of them - I use 3/4 to 1 cup a day on a rotation basis on average. I am nervous about using rejuvelac as I am very allergic to wheat - I think it's from my old wheatgrass days in the 80's. But I may try it again.
Take care and keep up the good work.

I have a reaction on my face when I tried wheatgrass juice and Greens+ which has wheatgrass in it. My face gets red blotches expecially on my cheeks and it burns and feels very dry. When tested for allergies, wheat shows up high on the score. Any suggestions as an alternative to wheat. It seems that any grains affect me. I am moving more to raw and make green smoothies (boutenko instructions) and find that my last meal of the day is 100% raw and this makes a difference of wellness for me.
