		<description>To Chris: the reasons your ears clogged up is that when you begin the cleansing program, all of the fat in your body rushes upward, like the fat in a salad dressing bottle and eyes grow dim, ears clog, sinuses begin to drain. The alkalinity of the liveit (not diet!)gets down to cellular level cleansing. PS. You are supposed to use soft white pastry wheat berries for the Rejuvelac and soak them overnight, drain them for 2 days, rinsing them twice a day, fill the jar with twice as much water (after the last rinse) as there are berries sprouted, and leave them for 2 days to ferment. Pour off to use and immediately refill. Leave for 1 day to ferment and pour off to use and immediately refill. Leave for 1 more day and pour off to use and discard the berries.

It&#039;s important for everyone to know about the 5 stages of vinegar on one of our videos, which goes well with Dr. Ann&#039;s on seed and nut cheeses. I had some almond cream with my Energy Soup yesterday, and included some Veggikraut made with cabbage and baby bok choy! Delicious and full of the anti-stress b-complex vitamins which everyone needs who works in a heated or air conditioned office or who eats things that have been given broad spectrum antibiotics (anything that is or is from an animal). More and more I&#039;m convinced that the casein (casomorphine) dairy protein is at the bottom of most of our health problems. No one should be using any kind of oils (see Drs. Caldwell Esselstyn, Dean Ornish and T. Colin Campbell&#039;s UTube talks about reversing disease using a 10% fat, 10% protein plant-based diet with no dairy protein and no oils).</description>

		<description>I´ve been doing the living sprouts and rejuvelac, eating fruits in the morning and energy soup or two salads in the afternoon. More energy great. One of my ears clogged up my first two months into live foods. and i couldn´t hear. I went to an acupuntuist and he told me something was going on with my liver gall bladder. I´ve cut back on the nuts and putting olive oil on my salads and the problems seems to have remedied itself hearing much better. Folks be careful out there, in your search for protein be careful you don´t pick up too many fats via avocados and nuts otherwise you could have some problems. I´ve been eat nuts every other day and only one avocado every two days. Any this seems to clear the problem up. Trying to get my protein through greens  like the gorillas and also i few sprouts and most of my carbs through fruits in the morning. This has been my experience. I dig the video and have found the my energy and happiness is at a new level on this diet. I hope to continue. Good luck to all out there!</description>
